What is Digital Printing?

Digital printing methods like DTG and DTF make it possible to produce vibrant, detailed prints with no minimum order requirements. This flexibility makes them a great choice for small runs, custom artwork, and on-demand printing.

Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing

DTG printing applies water-based ink directly onto fabric using a large-format inkjet printer. Combined with a pretreat solution, this process helps create soft, vibrant prints with impressive durability. It works much like a traditional printer, but uses specialized equipment designed specifically for garments.

At SPS, we use industry-leading Brother GTX printers with Genuine Brother ink to produce high-resolution, long-lasting prints. The quality is so strong that customers often ask if the garments were screen printed, which speaks to the exceptional look and feel of our DTG results.

Direct to Film (DTF) Printing

DTF printing is a modern decorating method where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat transferred onto the garment. It offers outstanding detail and color accuracy, making it a great option for intricate artwork and vibrant, high-impact prints.
