What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing, also called silkscreen printing, is a process where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto fabric or another surface to create bold, durable prints. Each color in the design requires its own screen, allowing for vibrant, long-lasting results.
How the process works?
We begin by preparing your artwork and separating each color into its own channel. From there, we create precision screens using high-quality Saati Hydro Mesh and transfer the design with our Saati Laser to Screen exposure unit for sharp detail. Each screen is carefully aligned on our M&R Sportsman press so every color lines up perfectly. Ink is then printed onto the garment one color at a time, cured in our M&R Sprint oven for durability, and finally inspected through a detailed quality check before packing and shipping.
